Cheyenne Dandies

The Dandies have represented the "Daddy of 'Em All" ....Cheyenne Frontier Days since 1970! This precision drill team is composed of 16 talented and energetic young ladies from Laramie County, Wyoming who are currently in the 9th through 12th grades. Each member of the drill team is an expert horsewoman in her own right and provides her own horse.

As the Official Goodwill Ambassadors, the team has performed twice on the "CBS Morning Show," was invited to ride in the Fiesta Bowl Parade in Phoenix, Arizona and has performed at five College National Finals Rodeo series. The team also traveled to eight different states to promote Cheyenne Frontier Days and publicize the "Daddy of 'Em All." These young ladies and their horses average over 2,000 miles a year promoting Cheyenne Frontier Days! When not on horseback, the Dandies are making public relations appearances at various venues such as western wear stores, malls and appearing at radio and television stations.

The team is directed by Diane Humphrey (Director) and her assistants, Holli Hinkle and Renee Reese.
